The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) program provides financial assistance for families who are working or enrolled in school. To apply for the CCDF voucher program, you must contact your local Intake Agent. Workforce Development Services Inc. / Child Care Resource and Referral serves Lake, Porter, La Porte & Starke Counties in Indiana. We offer an extensive collection of services and trainings that educates, advocates, and facilitates licensed child care providers, educators, ministries, early childhood professionals, families and our community. All of our services are free of charge and all information that is given to us will be kept confidential. Workforce Development Services, Inc. / Child Care Resource and Referral Program is a project of the Indiana Association for Child Care Resource and Referral and the Indiana and Social Services Administration. Hours of Operations: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
